cb500t/cb450 gear expert needed

ive a load of 500t/450 gearboxes and need help identifing them.ive found the chart below but it shows both bikes have a 41 tooth 1st gear.ive got 1st gears that have 40 teeth and dont know which they fit.they are all 5 speed and could these be from an early model.thanks

theyre deffinately cb450/cb500t parts as ive only bought for these bikes down the years.im just wondering if honda changed gear ratios somewhere down the line.thanks for the reply
 
You need the actual parts microfiche or update manual for 500T.
There is a good possibility, if everything is ONLY 450/500 that the manual just re-printed 'old' specs (Honda make so much stuff it happens, people make mistakes or get sloppy)
There are several manuals where specs or procedures are just flat out wrong (not just Honda)
I had an XR350 many years ago, the rocker arms part numbers were 'wrong' (intake and exhaust not marked left/right )
After multiple orders and getting wrong part with correct number, I had to send someone to 'local' (75 miles away) parts warehouse and sift through parts bins to get what was needed
