Harley street bob... take 9... ha ha ha ha always changing

wow...a bout 10 hours of soldering and lighting work... done done done done... each wire is also wrapped in braided sleeving... came out PERFECT!!!! also set it up so that it is all on plugs now, so i can unplug and remove all the tins... will go much faster if i ever want to pull them off again... almost there!!!

tank is on, flush mount guage and fill are installed, flush mount fuel guage is much brighter and easier to read than i would have thought

Did the mud mod to my stock football, and coated it gloss black, blue bolt and it flows very nicely... much better than the old set up

got rid of the ugly horn bracket from the side of the motor... and used a small pancake horn, made a bracket and moutned that up

next up was rear lighting... added some driving lights to the swing arm to make sure traffic can see me, these are tapped into the brake lights as well to get brighter when i brake

Looks great Joe, you did it again man! I think the riding position may be a little more comfortable and the bars would have better line flow if you leaned the bars back and made them angle at the same angle as the forks.

I also noticed your shoes match the bike! Was that on purpose?

same angle of the forks is just too 70's for me... drives my brother and dad nuts but i really like to lean forward when i ride... no idea why, just how i like to roll... these bars are awesome!!!! next to the 16.5 apes i used to have this feels like a drag bar! ha ha ah
gym shoes... ha ha ha never even noticed that!

Joe, that thing is clean! I dig your attention to detail - the wrapped wires are killer. Might have to do a little bit of that on my build...

The blue is sick... looks good joe, I think it need some frisco pegs, but then again I think everything needs frisco pegs ;D

I put frisco'd pegs on me ol' lady. I prefer the jockey position when riding hard.... haha

what are frisco pegs? i custom CNC some dice floor board style pegs on there... dont like em?

No Joe, they're rad man... (your custom set-up)

Frisco'd pegs are mid's that are a few inches higher that stock. But, were just funn'n ...

Lou

ahhhh mids! when the bike was new it came with them... they where so uncomfortable that was oneof the first things to go!
ha ha ha also found these pics today... wow some changes

Ya, frisco'd pegs would put them some where near the top of the primary cover. right under the stock horn location.

Real good looking man. I dig the blue a lot! I'd like to see a little antique white and black traditional pinstripes on that mofo!

Lou

Looks cool Joe. Im suprised you havent figured out a way to powder you pets, furniture, wife, shoes, food, etc... Haha

ha ha ha actually.... i have done alot of furnature... lots of outdoor stuff... two weeks ago i did a fireplace door for my mom's living room. she had them custom made when my parents bought the house... since then dad and her have gutted and remodled the whole place... 1000 bucks for new doors is insane... so i took it from there!
