Its a great clip Chris. Not too much, not too little, just enough.
 
Oh yeah - forgot to mention turn the sound down to watch this one. A mike wind sock will fix most things, but then you need an external mike, and where does it end? When SBS ran 'Race Around the World' about 15 years ago, they glued mounts on top of the camera for the external mike. Pretty simple fix.
