CL 100 value?

I'm going to an auction next weekend to look at some old Ford parts. There are a couple of old mopeds, a pretty cool Triumph bathtub bike (sadly not complete) and this CL100 is one of the items. It looks decent, but the staining on the gas tank is going to make me look VERY hard at the inside of the tank and fuel system.

Any idea what the value of this would be? I wouldn't think it would be worth very much - maybe $2-300. I'd love to pick it up if I can do it reasonably and either get it running as-is or maybe turn it into a mini tracker if the seatpan is junk.

I would pay up to $500 myself, if it turns over/has compression, etc.

I paid ~$400 for my CB125, which only needed a new battery and an oil change to run. It had some light rust on the forks and the paint wasn't perfect. The inside of the tank was pretty good. It could stand to be re-coated, but it isn't urgent. I think $2-300 is about right if it turns and has decent compression.
