Thats my nephews boys bike not my next project!!!!
More work done to day and last week painted yokes and fork legs front end back in,Had to weld the cracked exhaurst also playing around with pain job. Weldings not great but did the job
This bike uses the same carbes as the CCM R30/644 DS so there,s loads of info out there on upgrading these
what iv done is put 150 main jet and a 25 pilot
then i ditched the TPVLC and blanked the holes/suzuki part No 13274-84000 cap/09401-06101 clips
then set the TPS (throttle position sensor. The way i did it was remove the plug on the sensor connect a multimeter across the two end pins on the carb sensor and take a reading (older meters set to 10K Ohms and digi one set to 20K Ohms) mine read 6 Ohms with the throttel shut now i cable tied the throttel open i then take my 6 Ohms x 76% - 4.56 this is the reading i now nead when i put the multimeter across the outer and middel pins buy undoing the two screws just a tad i can then move the TPS untill i get 4.56 the recheck after tightening the screws
jobs to do now are
single seat (flat track style)
fit rear light/ winkers
dump the air box for K@N filter
front fork brace
front fender
then get it painted (not sure of colour or decals yet)
And ride the thing (that all sounds to easy)
