Aftermarket rear fender help

Hello, So I want to put a much smaller rear fender on my cb360. I live in an apartment now so I am unable to shorten up my stock fender. I am wondering if there is any good and semi cheap aftermarket ones I can purchase? I've had no luck looking so far

What are you going to do for a plate and lights

I was going to see what my options were once I found the fender. I have a power drill so I can put mount holes in for whatever tail light/plate mount I decide to buy

If you can use a power drill there, can't you get hold of an angle grinder as well? Either that or get a cutting disk attachment for the drill? I've bought a ready-built cafe racer, but all the mods are going to be done in the flat I live in. Obviously I'm going to be sensitive to time/amount of loud stuff I do, but cutting a fender is a 10-20 min job. Rather than spend money on a new unit, cut what you've got.
