Dutch Honda CB 400four Cafe Racer Build

Today I got the carbs synchronized and it was needed! :eek:
They were completely offset!

Bike runs much better now! 8)
 
Glad to hear ya got sorted mate ;) quality sync gauge ya used sure make a difference :) my NO 1 carb was way off :p could hear the change bike sounds a lot sweeter now. Not long and ya be twisting throttle on the open roads 8)
 
It's been over a year since I've updated this topic!

I was just busy riding the bike! ;) lol!
But during the winter I've made some small changes to the bike.....

At first the tail light.
It bordered me that it was a LED and it didn't fit with the classic look of the bike.
So I replaced it with this more classic looking on.

And last but not least....

I cleaned the pistons (also new rings)

And did a cilinder head overhaul... used a spare head in case it should go wrong...

Well it's been a while since I've posted something in this topic.
I've just added all the pictures (AGAIN!! :mad: ) cause somehow they weren't visible anymore. ???

Anyhow I've still got the bike and I enjoy riding it a lot!
