Getting a new carb for CB750dohc

Hi guys, I have a question for my project, a 1980 CB750F dohc.
When I first bought the bike, it came with the stock CV carbs and a set of 4 K&N air pods. I know they don't go alone so I'm thinking of getting the Cognitomoto airbox.

Yesterday, I went to the Motorcycle show in Long Beach, CA. Talked to a Japanese motorcycle customization company (I speak Japanese) and saw their masterpiece - a great restored and tuned up Kawasaki Z1. And suddenly, I came up this idea: Why would not just get a new carb?

After some research, I decide either go for the JB power CR carb (https://japan.webike.net/products/2053888.html) or Kelhin CR carb (https://japan.webike.net/products/1902634.html), they don't have to have air filter/box/pods (though you might have to clean the carbs more frequently) so I can save on the $220 Cognitomoto airbox, and don't have to deal with tuning the CV carb pain.

My question is, what is so special of CR carbs? (Forgive me for ignorance) Have anyone tried putting those carbs on a dohc CB750? How do you think my decision and if you have any other ideas for me could you please share me your wisdom?

what kind of driving do you intend on doing ?

how familiar are you with tuning and jetting carbs or do you want a plug and play soloution

This bike build he went with a dual carb setup instead, apparently it runs darn well. Might skim through this and check out what he has

Let's say I have little to None experience tuning carbs. Yes I made the CV carb run but it definitely not great. And yes I know it's not gonna happen but I do want a plug and play solution .

For riding, just around town and hit twisties occasionally

my carb kit for that bike is plug and play

they are pretuned you get them installed properly and go riding

as long as your ignition is good (9o percent of dohc carb problems are ignition/electrical)and your charging system works properly

you will have no problems if you do just call me before adjusting or "fixing" anything

I’ve had cr specials on two bikes, a 79 CB750F and 93 Honda Nighthawk 750. I’ve also put Mikuni VM29’s on the dohc 750f. I had adapters for them that are pretty damn rare. I’ll say this, I liked the Mikuni’s the best. They seemed the smoothest of the two types. I ended up putting on CR’s which are still good carbs. CR’s are pretty straight forward when it comes to tuning them if you know what you’re doing.

The Murray's Carbs 2-into-1 setup has been amazing for my chopper. I'll be happy to offer any answers to questions or concerns about that setup. The bike is all power with these carbs. You can't go wrong.

Thanks for the advice guys! Since they are not much different regarding prices, now I'm more leaning toward the CR carb as I think they look awesome. I've seen Japanese people posting how to tune them so hopefully tuning them not gonna be a PITA.

That being said, how's the Mikuni twin carb (VM) compare to the Mikuni RS34(quad carbs)?

With the two carb kit, my bike has much better torque, great throttle response and cruises at highway speed very smoothly. It found power that was always there, but the stock carbs couldn't find. The kit comes jetted for the bike, so it's literally plug and play.
