Post a pic of your latest purchase

Well, you can't haul bikes in it, but since there's been talk about buying trailers on here I thought I'd post a pix of the one I just bought. Sorta' fills the driveway, huh?

My "garage" build just got a whole lot more serious. Going to to be fun making more parts myself. ;D

I have the same Lathe/Mill combo just under another name of Craftex and Grizzly has the same one. Its a decent unit when you get it all set up and adjusted
I know of 2 people out there that have made these into CNC
The nice thing about them is the amount of clearance you have around the chuck on the lathe to cut larger pieces

Some motorcycle related some not..

That is EXTREMELY well-kept for it's age, and the price certainly can't be beat (especially if they were standard size coolers, and the meat was still on the bones)!

Yes it was a craigslist gem I found
Almost wasn't a bike
Frame has a vin deficiency
Was mis numbered at factory and restamped so it's either a test bike or something then the rear has a jack shaft set up and rear swing is rigid with a good year wide tire wheelie bar attachment
It was a very intersesting find that's why I snagged it

Currently running Needs a lil work on the gearing its way too low only does about 15mph because of the jackshaft setup
It's easy fix switch ratios
I'll post pics

I may just create a build thread for it
After all I bought it for my sons first bike
He's only 8mos so I got a lil time

And my wife thought i was nuts when i bought a little pocket bike for my 2 year old haha

A new 44t sprocket, sprocket damper, sprocket wheel bearing, wheel spacers. At first, the axle appeared to be too loose, closer inspection a wheel bearing failed that allowed the chain to climb over the sprocket. At least it was on the dyno when it happened. Bike is pushing over 300hp now so this is all part of the "Fail Trail". Next up ???, a crank, rod, piston, tranny, who knows.
