I followed him and Alain de Cadenet around the bike show for about 30 minutes, hoping to snag a pic of him with my DS7. I missed the opportunity by mere seconds. (Mr de Cadenet was gracious enough to pose with her though) Mr Surtees was very much a gentleman in his assessments and critiques of the bikes he was judging. Seemed like a very nice man.
Godspeed Mr. Surtees. Your legend will not soon be forgotten.
