Great job on the tank!

Thanx Rider - I'll have it in primer next week. I'll also look at how I'm going to fabricate the "tank strap". Obviously it will be a dummy - just for cosmetics - ie BS !! I'm undecided on the colourways. I guess it ought to be traditional - Norton Silver or similar. Maybe with a bit of Satin Black / Red pin striping.

And then they misplaced it between Customs and Parcelfarce [ carriers ]  ::) >:(

I spent 3 hours of my life yesterday chasing it up and eventually tracked it down. being delivered today allegedly. ???

Im glad to see that this side of the pond is not the only place they screw up deliveries...I have had more delivery mishaps in that past few years than in my entire life. You would think they were paid poorly and didn't give a shit !

Yet another fuck up !!!!  ::)The driver "couldn't locate my address", that's despite having 6 deliveries this week and 2 via the same carriers [ Parcelfarce ]. They are guaranteeing delivery today [ ??? ] - that's now 7 days since the customs duty was paid and the parcel released to them for delivery and the third day I've waited in for delivery.

My local mail carrier is sending back some tire irons I ordered saying I refused the item...damage was reported...
I have not laid eyes on this package. Could get interesting.

Hoo fuckin ray. Finally arrived, together with a couple of parts I had drop shipped to the seller - a KZ750 exhaust cam [ going on inlet side ] in as new condition [ $15 ] and some 1/16" NPT weld bungs for the Weber manifold [ $6 ].
First POC setup ............ "now you see it ...... now you don't" - just love the "stealthy" approach ! ;)

Oh yes, the tie wraps will be replaced with something more suitable when the time comes. ::)
