I had my stock hoops powder coated for $87.50 from Seattle Powder Coat.  It's a option. I don't know about the Ebay ones?

Why spend all that for those rims. MikeXS has balck anodized rims for $69

https://www.mikesxs.net/product/34-3181.html

And if you want wider rims, he has 2.15x15 for $90 in black

https://www.mikesxs.net/product/34-3162.html

The ones I listed are shouldered, he has un-shouldered too.

The work with Honda Stock Hubs perfectly.

And the best part?

. Ah.  Norway would increase shipping a bit.

The rims are nice quality, but you probably need to consider total price.

Keep spoke count in mind as well.  MikesXS rims are designed for Yamaha XS bikes with 36 hole hubs.  Typically small disk brake front hubs and larger drum rears.  Many Honda's have 40 spokes - but there are some exceptions.
"Quality . . . you know what it is, yet you don't know what it is. But that's self-contradictory. But some things are better than others, that is, they have more quality. But when you try to say what the quality is, apart from the things that have it, it all goes poof! There's nothing to talk about. But if you can't say what Quality is, how do you know what it is, or how do you know that it even exists? If no one knows what it is, then for all practical purposes it doesn't exist at all. But for all practical purposes it really does exist."

Red LAvbel, you did not say what bike this is for. Edit:  Missed the bike in the title...DOH!  Tim's warning is correct.  MikesXS are 36 spoke rims.  Edit2: The 75 CB400f used 36 spoke rims, BTW.

Shouldered rims are slightly stronger, the H cross section adds rigidity to the hoop.  Many off road bikes use them for this reason. However, the shoulders do collect more dirt, water, etc....A little harder to clean.  I have the Shouldered ones on my CB360, and the dirt isn't that hard to deal with.  My bike handles better with these rims, I believe because of the rigidity, but I can;t be all that sure as the new spokes, proper tightening and truing may of contributed to the improvement. I had some broken spokes before I upgraded. However, I owned the bike since it was a year old, and it never handled as well as it does now.   I believe the stiffer rims made a difference in responsiveness.  No other significant suspension changes were made, so I feel comfortable feeling the rims, both in being lighter than stock, and being a little stiffer helped.

Haha :) Yes the CB400f has 36 spokes so I can use the Yamaha ones.
Thanks for the info about the shoulders. If I change I guess I'll go for the shoulders. Looks awesome aswell :)

Resurrecting an old post here but did anyone ever get these rims to work on their '75 CB400F?
Stock on a 400F is 1.60x18 (front) and 1.85x18 (rear) which makes Mike's versions wider...
Are the rims painted or powdercoated? Were the nipple sizes a good fit with these holes? Did you have to purchase larger (from Buchanan's)?

Why spend all that for those rims. MikeXS has balck anodized rims for $69
