h3 bulb question

the headlight housing that I bought takes a h3 55watt bulb.

The bulb only has 2 terminals, does this mean it doesnt have a "bright" mode?
 
Correct. H3 bulbs are usually for fog lights / running lights. No high beam.
 
Unfortunately no. All other bulbs that would be a single beam too. You probably have a driving light
