Amen Savior CB750 (AKA Melissa)

Re: Amen Savior CB750

So is she getting a bigger front wheel? Just curious.

The pipes should look and sound pretty wicked. Any internal baffles at all or just straight?

Re: Amen Savior CB750

Tim
Im going to lower the front end first and see what the bike tells me it wants for a wheel. Not sure if a 21 inch is in order or not? Plus that opens up issues with the speedo.
The only drive and speedo I have is geared for a 19 inch.
The pipes are straight through, no baffles. HEHEHEH
Its going to sound terrible! And im going to love every minute of it!

Re: Amen Savior CB750

Started playing with the stance of the bike last night, this looks about right now but as you can see my fork tubes are about 6 inches to long.

Other research has led me to finding out that these frames were made to use 4-6 over tubes.

I havnt taken the lowers off yet and measured my tubes but my guess is these are 8 - 10 over tubes.

Re: Amen Savior CB750

id say put it back up, the stance was great and you need a sissy bar, a big one. It should cause turbulence at speed. Throw a proper 70's king queen seat on there and man, you'll be classy.

Re: Amen Savior CB750

If you can't hang two flags offa it without violating the U.S. Flag Code it isn't tall enough

Re: Amen Savior CB750

agreed. Obnoxious king and queen with a tall ass sissy and the forks back up..

But thats just my opinion..Either way..im really diggin the bike. I would love an amen frame.

Re: Amen Savior CB750

Bahaha you guys cracking me up!! Im keeping my 10 over tubes so I can go back to a chop later if I get bored with the bob look!

For now this is gonna stay slammed to the road.

Re: Amen Savior CB750

Ideally Id like to have two tanks and fenders and a sissy bar so I can just swap back and forth depending on mood.

Huge ass king and queen? UMMMM ya that will never happen, some things just need to stay in the past. lol

Re: Amen Savior CB750

Would be crime not to put a skinny 21 on the front of that thing.

Re: Amen Savior CB750

I keep thinking about it Tim, but for my bob I want white walls. I dont think I can get a 21 inch Wide White Wall tire?
Im not sure but I think I only find em in 19s

Re: Amen Savior CB750

Put a WWW out back. Tim is right. This machine MUST have a narrow 21" hoop up front. MUST!!!!!!! ;)

Re: Amen Savior CB750

Holy shit Tim! why did I never see these? I guess I was just to focused on 16 rear and 19 fronts. I ordered the shinkos in 16 and 19! Damit! now I need to find a 21 rim too!!!!

Re: Amen Savior CB750

21" for the Honda CB hub? Would be easier if it was a 36 hole hub. Then MikesXS has what you need.

Re: Amen Savior CB750

Or get one of these
