Here's the identical version of the bike that inspired me to find another. The photo was taken in 1978 when we lived in San Francisco. My dad just bought it to ride to work every day to combat the effects of the oil crisis then. We had it in our family until my parents divorced in 1989 and my mom sold it off in 1990. When I found one for sale a few years back, I had to snap it up. It was the first bike I ever rode on as a kid with my dad.
