For Sale: CT1 engine from 1969 yamaha CT1

I cleared out a family member's shed recently and am going through all the stuff. I ran the case number from the engine and it comes back as a 1969 yamaha CT1 motor, 175cc. Motor cranks over and within 4-5 kicks makes a nice 110ish psi. missing a case cover or two.....what you see is what you get. Seems they go about $200+ on ebay, would like to see $150 out of it plus shipping.
