Thanks guys I just got the steering bearing so here's hoping it fits right in. I tried all balls but couldn't find the cb200 they had wheel bearings but not tree. If this doesn't fit will send them a email though as in sure the cb175 may fit too thanks dread
no pics sorry, but at this stage I have finished painting the hubs. Have also sourced a great place on the coast to re lace wheels and I also found a great car and bike restorer that is helping me out with some cutting/fab work and engine work sooooooo stoked to see her flying along. Pics soon.
oooooh nice, ;D lol thanks. They've come up great ! bet your looking forward to having them laced to some rims and spanking some tyres to em? man i'm really looking forward to some roller pic's 8) keep it up 8)
Engine is off at the restorers just about to get started so here is a before shot. Adam from rebel restorers even made a mounting stand for her. Steering bearings and tree are also coming together so ill put some of those pics up soon too.
Also have been told that powder coating is porous and if you don't put a clear over the top it may compromise the frame if it gets wet. ie rust gets under the powder. Anyone have any thoughts on this????
Got the tree together with nice Alan heads. Just have to shim the bush so I can finish rear shock. Other bits are at powder and after there done wheels will be re spoked and trued.
