I got the one above mate and had plenty left over but yet to see how she runs. Dime also have a 1inch roll as well but I know the bike barn one gave me a heap of roll left over (about 1/3).

i have another question for you cb200 guys, if i was looking to upgrade the front brake dose anyone have a suggestion to a new one. preferably a system that bolts straight on. the one on it now is slightly worse for wear and after taking it apart to change the cable she's having difficulty actually working now grrrrr i have been told they kinda suck anyways but was just going to recondition it. what do we think????

Any thoughts guys?

Not sure what will switch over for a front brake...but keep in mind if you get a hydraulic caliper you'll need to mount a lever with a reservoir, (wont look as clean)....But the caliper on there is mechanical so it should'nt be too difficult to get it working properly.....just get it rideable....Your soooo Close

Your probably right mate think ill do that worst case there's a guy up here that works on old Hondas and Ducati's and he's pretty good but very expensive so if I can't get it working I may go see him.

I have heard of a regular disk conversion but I think it needs a change in forks too. Check your local wreckers and see what they have for a 125 road bike and see what you can make out of it.

Crazy day today had to cut every cable to size got to love eBay. Cut the throttle cable, clutch cable & brake cable.

Got the new sprocket on and chain although I had a 35 sprocket and the eBay special was a 31 so unsure how we will go there.

New chain on.

Full of fluids and the carbs are now balanced.

Mucked around with the exhaust.

Got the starter wired up and tail light but the rest of the wires are a nightmare. May have to shout out to locals on here that know how to wire up a cb 200.

And the best part of today got the front and rear brakes on and they are working fine yewwww

NICE build... I like those brown gum rubber grips... I'm looking for some for my project as well. How do youl ike the ones you have?

They feel good yet to ride with them though. There posh ones so I'm hoping they hold up wear wise. Ill have to let you know how they feel riding in the next few weeks.

Stock carbs mate and just new stock jets I'm yet to put the mufflers back on.

So I went for a quick run but she needs a bit of work. Going through to 4th she lost some power then took a moment and came back up.
