Bringing this back from the grave...the bike is DONE!
Took it out on it's first ride this weekend, and it runs great! After a trip to Ackermann Cycle Performance in Hamilton to work out the bugs with the air/fuel and clutch I can't be happier with the result.
All in I'd guess I put in $1000-1500 total, including the $300 bike. I didn't keep really close tabs on the bits and pieces, but it's definitely less than $1500.
