If you can please verify neevo, I will add it. It would be awesome to have this list be the most enclusive out on the net... right here on DTT!

pacaguy pointed out that the CB350K4 twin is not listed in the 33mm size, I did a quick scan of the nearest sizes to see if it was in a different size listing but didn't see the CB-350 Twins listed anywhere!
I got the CB350-4's and the CL and SL 350 twins listed as 33's but none of the CB-350 Twins. So I am going to add it.
If anybody knows of a K-# that is NOT a 33 please speak up!

Great list, which I too found on ChopperClub.com or somesuch.

I've been looking for cheap replacement 31mm stanchions for our son's 2004 Honda CBR125R, since a local witch pulled out right in front of him.  (Sadly, I'm told that these days burning witches is outlawed hereabouts....  even if Brummagem (UK) is the centre of where motorcycle production first kicked off.)

Anywayz, I have added (italicised bits) info to my copy of the Honda bit for 31mm tubes:  it is a minefield of models changing fork specs through the years, so please confirm dates before adding this stuff to your 'master' document.

31 Honda MT-50, MT-80 (1979-82)
31 Honda MTX-50, MTX-80 (1983-93)

31 Honda CR-80R (82-83)
31 Honda SL-100 K (69-70)
31 Honda XL-100 (74-78)
31 Honda XL-100S (80 From 5103464)
31 Honda CB-125
31 Honda CB-125T (90), CB-125TDC
31 Honda CBR-125, CBR-125R (2004-07, and earlier years?)
31 Honda CM-125

31 Honda CR-125M/M1 "Elsinore" (74-75)
methinks 35mm? Honda MBX-125 (1983-93)
31 Honda MT-125K (74-76)
methinks 35mm? MTX125R/MTX200R  (RFD=83-84;  RFF=85-93, or-97 in Scandinavia) info from Wikipedia
31 Honda SL-125 "Motosport 125" (72-73)
31 Honda TL-125K "Trials 125" (73-75)
31 Honda XL-125K/K1 (74-78)
--note--   Honda XL-125R (1985-on) & Honda  XL-125V (Varadero) use 35mm legs
31 Honda XL-125S (80 From 5005876- 82, 84, 85) =HONDA XL 125 SA/SB/SC?
31 Honda XR-125

31 Honda CB-175K3-K7 (69-73)
31 Honda MR-175 "Elsinore" (76-77)
31 Honda SL-175K1 (71)
31 Honda CM-185T "Twinstar" (78-79)
31 Honda XL-185S (79-80 To 5006890)
31 Honda XL-185S (80 From 5006891 - 83)
31 Honda CB-200T (75-76)
31 Honda CM-200T "Twinstar" (80-82)
31 Honda TR-200 "Fatcat" (86-87)
31 Honda XR-200 (80-84)
31 Honda CB-250 (91-93)  .....surely most other years too?
31 Honda CB-250 "Nighthawk" (91-04)
31 Honda CM-250C "Custom" (82-83)

Finally, I also noticed strange duplication in the below section of the original 36mm list, and deleted the duplicates thus:                 (I suggest you modify your list similarly, by cut-and-paste?)

36 Suzuki RM-100 K3 (03)
36 Suzuki RM-125 B/C (77-78)
36 Suzuki PE-175 C/N/T/X (78-81)
36 Suzuki RS-175 T/X/Z (80-82)
36 Suzuki DR-250 Z/D/E/F (82-85)
36 Suzuki PE-250 B/C (77-78)
36 Suzuki PE-250 N/T/X (79-81)
36 Suzuki PE-250 N/T/X (79-81)
36 Suzuki RS-250 T/X (80-81)
36 Suzuki TS-250 T/X (80-81)
36 Suzuki DR-370 C (78)
36 Suzuki DR-370 N (79)
36 Suzuki SP-370 C (78)
36 Suzuki DR-400 T (80)
36 Suzuki PE-400 T/X (80-81)
36 Suzuki PE-400 T/X (80-81)
36 Suzuki SP-400 T (80)
36 Suzuki DR-500 X/Z/D (81-83)

Hoping someone finds this a bit useful....

You might want to add some modern stuff too.  from personal experience on my own project bike I can tell you:

2001-today GSXR inverted front ends are 50mm
2005 Kawasaki ZX6R is also 50mm

Excellent, Now let's add length to this girth measuring.

I am looking for stock CB200 forks (or compatible) but am happy going an inch or 2 over.  Anyone have something, not rusted to hell, they are happy selling or trading? 31MM diameter is all I know I need.

Thanks er'one
