Hey all, stopped building the other Xs because the unknown status on the frame. But not to worry picked up a 75 for 200 dollars. I'm going to make more of a scrambler this time I think. Also spend more time with the fabrication and taking better quality pictures. Thanks for hanging in there with me.

I'm really impatient so I took it all apart, and forgot to take a picture of it together but it was nothing special

I'm going to be using a 95 fzr600r steel delta box swing arm, 05 gsxr USD black on black forks and 17 in spoked wheels. Will be featuring a rack that is part of the frame

similar to this BMW, but also like this Yamaha xs650 "The Ripper."

This is the closest image with the placement of exhaust I think I'm going after.

I'm still using the 2015 fz09 tail light ( I like the look of it) but moving the mount to th rear fender tucked slightly under the rack.

I'm not sure if I will use the 2015 fz09 headlight, but I don't think the traditional circular headlight is my style/ITS USED ON EVERY CUSTOM BUILD EVER .... Almost.

My personal goal is to have a bike that's different then most builds, and last and most important goal is for myself to learn more about custom motorcycle building and to have fun

Thank you
-CQ

Ps. I build slow because I enjoy it!

To get an fzr arm to fit you'll have to take about 5-10mm off each side of either the frame or the swingarm itself. An fzr400 arm will fit easier, they are slightly skinnier, and for a 1990 model aluminum.

I actually picked up the steel delta box in non dented/ few scratches contortion for 12 dollars. Haha I think I'll be actually modding the swing arm, for the brake problem (actually why I'm not using the radian rims anymore) I'm going to run a rear master cylinder on the out side of the frame near where the rear sets will be... I think! Plans could change and I find with better/ aluminum arm, I'll probably will end up with it.

The fzr swingarm will probably look a little long. I've got a fzr400rr swingarm on mine, and it makes the bike look kinda long.

Thanks, I'm hoping to be done by riding season. For a rear hub a KZ750B, the twin, fits the axle, it'll need the sprocket spaced out, and maybe a rotor adapter. But for a wheel swap pretty simple.
