How I Fixed my Damn Side Covers cheap w/o fiberglass *pics*

Is that the best you got? OK.. now my TURN...
Damn those "f" side covers!!..
So freaking fragile, that they'll crack just by looking at them!!..
Every cb550f side cover I've had has cracked or every cb750f side cover Ive ever seen has a crack in it!!...

So, here's how I've fixed them:
- Automotove Goop ($6.00 CrappyT)
- There are 2 kinds of Goop, Transparent and black. I started with black then found that the transparent kind is better.
- Large Zip Ties ($3.50 Home Depot - CrappyT doesnt carry large zipTies)
- Long nose Plyers/cutters ($4.95 CrappyT's)
- Hand full of large black metal paper clips ($5.25 @ Business Depot)

I Gooped the Zipties to the inside of the side covers...
1. I cut the zipties to length with the plyers
2. glued zipties on to the back of the cover w/ the goop
3. held them in place with the paperclips for an hour or until it dried

I think the pic is self explalatory:
