This is my first restoration and I have no idea how to do wiring and electrical, Im trying to connect everything again and I have no idea what goes where (Many colored plugs)

Some of the wiring that should be colored is just black.
 
Black wiring is generally power with the key switched on, although on some models turn signal wires were black with small colored bands near the plugs - the colored bands (orange and light blue) matched the wires they go into.

my other post with pics, the pic with the wires in the bucket is what im primarly working on atm, im pretty sure everything else like coils and fuses are still together
 
All of the wire colors should match. Plug green into green, black into black, brown/white into brown/white, etc.
