Suzuki GN125 Engine issues

My 1996 Suzuki GN125 is giving me a fit. It runs just fine if I don't give it more than 1/2 throttle. As soon as I open the throttle all the way, it bogs down and acts as if it isn't getting enough fuel (that's a guess). I can't get the rpms to go over about 6000. I have had the carb off and cleaned the jets, etc. twice but it doesn't change anything. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Have you checked out the fuel pickup in the carb or maybe the choke or accelerator pump, also look into the air fuel mixture (I don't know if your carb has one) I don't own a gn125 so I don't know specifics on it but it sounds like too muvh air if every part of your carb is perfect then look into your ignition system
