wheel size question

Hey guys, still new to the vintage bike seen. I have a question...I'm looking to buy an 18' spoked rear wheel for my '76 CB 750 that I am putting together ( some reason, someone put a 17' on it) anyways, my question is, is an 18' wheel from a 1981 CB750K (spoked) the same???
