Cb450 project: form and function with PICS!! Finished.

so I started off with a very clean 1971 cb450.


this is my first project so I'm going with a clean simple look.
Things I have done so far...
drag bars
bar end mirrors
misc. painted black
misc taken off
chopped front and rear fender
led taillight and blinkers
gas tank and side covers professionally painted (need clean gas cap and latch!!! pm if you have one)


just waiting on parts to finish it up!!


Tell me what you guys think so far good or bad any and all comments wanted and encouraged!!!!

There is a post somewhere here about posting photos using photobucket, but it's easy. You just copy the code in the "forum" field and paste it in the body of your update here at DTT. Hit the preview to make sure it worked, but that's the way to go.

The paint looks great. Nice low mileage bike!

Nice paint, I would take the cap off sand it down and paint it white with Appliance epoxy to match the stripe and Honda badges.

honda still has those gas caps in stock if you just want instant gratification! should be under $60

ok I am done! its not much compared to some of the bikes on this site, but this is my first bike and I completed it under $1100 bucks!(bike included)
