Have you seen the one Junior built? It's on the top of your screen right now and looks mighty slick imo. Shoot him a message and maybe he can proto something for you.

Don't know if you're into the total aluminum fairing experience or just want the look, but one of my customers got his Honda CR750 replica fairing I built him aluminum coated by a proprietory aerospace process and then polished it up.
He's about 450 miles away so I haven't seen the bike close up and personal - but in the photos it looks damned good.
I gather it wasn't cheap but probably a good deal cheaper than beaten aluminium...
PM me if you want me to hook you up with him.
Regards,
Pat Cowan,
Vintage Motorcycle Fiberglass
An aluminum hand made fairing would, I'm sure, cost a kings ransom. Fiberglass makes a whole lot more sense. Both financially and for ease of manufacture. Making a mould and laying up glass is not that hard. But pounding a fairing from a sheet of aluminum takes a lot of skill and knowledge of the material. But the result can be spectacular.
Unfortunately my skill level is pretty low. Glass is my limit.
Old thread I know. I was using ye ole search function and was curious about aluminum fairings. Anyway, got me curious about Roc City. Whatever happened to Sean. Seemed to be everywhere a few years ago.
