Here's the plan for the CB400 Hawk

Looks FAntastic!!... How about slamming that baby in the front say 2 inches??? ;D

Yeah that was in the plans, but the forks on the hawk can't push through. They're attatched to the top tree.

Any ideas on how to get her lowered (Without rebuilding the forks)?
 
Has anyone ever seen an aftermarked exhaust for a hawk??

The stock collector is gross, and Adam is considering sinking a little more dough into the bike.

ALso, have any honda guys tried or asked if a yamaha speedo will fit a honda?

I.E: Will this fit:

While it costs a bit more, a speedo/tach unit from Acewell might do the trick. Should work 100%.

if you check the part numbers, this link says all the japanese bikes share the same speedo.....honda and suzuki can share the same tach, and kawasaki and yamaha can share the same tach:

Post a few close up pics of the upper tripple from different angles..
