Parts in Canada

Where do you guys get parts from? Talking aftermarket parts specifically.

Shipping from anywhere in the states is outrageous. Went to order $100 worth of pretty small and light parts from DCC and shipping was $58.

Hoping there are other options out there.

I've dealt with http://bullitcustomcycles.com/ a bit and they were always helpful (although their site is down right now)
Other then that I will usually check http://www.siriusmotosportsinc.com/ and the local MC shop. TBH my local shop usually gives better deals then I can find online, just ask if they can do better ;)

Cheers

If I want new stock parts I try to get them at the dealer and find prices to be good with no shipping worries/costs. For more generic parts and gear I find FortNine.ca great. Not going to be a lot of the type of parts you find at Sirius or DCC but they do carry quite a bit. I've bought a lot of gear, tires and parts for my CB500X and I'll be getting my chain and tires from them for my CB350.

Thanks guys!

I have used fortnine, although the selection isn't great the prices are pretty decent. Not many local shops around here so i'll try some of those other sites.

It's expensive for Canucks for sure. :p Even Canadian companies like Diablo Cycle (aka.Reproduction Decal) in London, ON are switching over to selling in U.S. dollars. Their shipping is more competitive I believe. They are great folks (family business) and wonderful to deal with but have become more expensive. :(

I'd like to support people like that but after paying the exchange rate + jacked up prices it just doesn't make sense.

Good post! I'm having difficulty myself...

+1 on Fortnine... seems like you can get most items at reasonable prices. Tires are particularly good.

Another option is the Canadian side of Mikes XS. Although their focus is XS 650 stuff alot of the items are universal.

And don't forget that if you are anywhere near the US Canadian border, you can always order from US sites and ship to a drop location
I use Kinek.com for this and my drop location is in Lewiston NY, so I time my purchases and do a larger order then drive down and pick up on a saturday

Yes, forgot about them. I've used them as well with good experience.

Also if any of you are looking for bearing and seal supplier, I found these guys to be pretty good with an assortment
