Anyone want a 72 (I think) CB450 project?

I'll get pics later, but long story short I bought my father in law a cb450 to restore. Not going to happen so I need it gone asap. Make an offer. It's complete (rough) minus front wheel (I'm sure I have one somewhere) and there is a title (message me for the story on that).

Needs to go.

I could use the instrument panel and a complete front brake caliper with mount if your willing to part some of it out.
