Anybody know where I can buy a pulley?

So, I play in a band, and we have a set of Jenco Vibes - they're awesome, but we lost one of the pulleys that creates the wowowowoh sound -

Jenco (as a musical company at least) is out of business, so anybody know where I can buy something like this?

Where are you located?
there's a guy in Guelph that charges 45 per hour to machine you a custom part, but it's a simple thing he may get you a couple for that price. You may be able to find that part for less.
