Just wondering if anyone has ever used the Allen key screw set for their cb750. Great set but I'm having issues with what screws go where. Just trying to see if anyone made a how to as PO had the screws taken out.

Sometime I run into this problem, most recently with my Virago 1100 I'm building. I use a depth gage like one of the ones pictured. You can get this set at HF for like $10. This should get you pretty darn close to knowing what bolts to use.

Bikebandit.com will tell you the length of the bolt usually but you have to look them up and then measure yours to get the correct one.

Hmm. Mine came separated in baggies marked with a letter. Along with a piece of paper stating which letter went where.

Mine came baggied with letters corresponding to size and I think what they are meant for too...!!! T'was for a CB350F tho..

If I remember from my Honda CB550F parts manual, it provides the size/length of every bolt. I used it to create a complete list of all the bolts I needed to replace with socket-cap stainless when I rebuilt my bike.

So - get the CB750 parts manual and chances are you'll find the answers there.

Our friends over at SOHC4 have them it seems:
