Hello All !
My name is FRED, aka MOZZARELLO cause I work in italian cheese transport from 15 years ......
I like cafe racer for 10 years ... my first bike is a HONDA CB500FOUR caferized ! I will always keep her .... it's my baby ....
Then I va found several bikes broken and I have restaured them (HONDA CX 400 & 500, HONDA CB650 FOUR, SUZUKI GSXE 750)
Past year I've done my first cafra : YAMAHA XS 750 ... for a race road demonstration with oldies cars and bikes .... I've ride it all summer and then I've sold it ...
Pas winter, I've done my second CAFRA, from a SUZUKI GSX750ES - 84 ..... I've sold it 2 months ago to pay taxes !
And now ..... 1 month ago ... I've bought my first KAWA ..... GPZ 750 ZX 85 ... with a special FORK HEAD (godier genoud) ... first an engine and carburator settings !!
