Denver shops that specialize in 70s hondas/cafes?

Looking for a local shop in Denver. There was a guy who ran a shop on 14th, but looks like he moved. Someone here, gave me a link to a guy who works on bikes, but he hasn't returned my message.

anyone got any other suggestions?

Also, why is colorado in the MidWest section? Growing up outside of Illinois, we definitely didn't consider colorado Mid West.
