Cb360 cam journals

I'm working on a cb360 project over the winter. I just opened up the original engine, plus i have the engine from the parts bike both apart. The cam journals in both engines look a little rough. Do I need a new head or can either one be used?

I'd clean up the top one and roll with it. Do the oil mods so it doesn't happen again.
