CB160 / CB175 31mm x 41mm x 12.5mm fork seal

Keep it simple- engine, wheels, bars
Looking for a fork seal to fit a CB160 but its 31mm ID x 41mm OD x 12.5mm high. Doesn't match up with others out there.

Saw those but not too sure how a rotating shaft seal works in a sliding operation.
