Well, figured i'de start a log over here since ive been lurking for awhile... and now that im actively working on it. (Finally have the money to do so)
So, Alot of things going on now, Engine assembly is getting Glass Beaded, should have it back within a week, Nothin major is going to be done to the engine, Re-hone, re-ring, New gaskets and oil seals.
This started out as one of those "cheap projects" you know change the seat and bars, well then rearsets were needed, well then a "race tank" was needed, and, im sure you know how it goes. Anyway, school starts up again next week so im hoping it doesnt slow progress too much, but it is priority....I have the money now, but now it looks like a might be alittle short on time.
Tank will be REPLACED with Roccity GP tank...
Rear shocks (HAGON) springs were powdercoated White Aluminum, same with Front.
Jemco RR street exhaust ordered
EXCEL alloy rims, and SS spokes on the way,
Looking at my Carb options,
basically, almost everything will be refurbiished or replaced, at the most cost effective way :-X
