Been Around the Block
Hey DTT fellas!!! Ever since I finished the cb360 cafe can be seen here ▬▬▬▬▬►http://www.dotheton.com/forum/index.php?topic=59889.msg706996#msg706996
◄▬▬▬▬▬ I been wanting to do a chopper/bobber. Opportunity struck when my buddy came across came across a KZ that has been already recieved the "bobber" treatment by previous owner, voila perfect candidate for a hardtail!!!

Here are some pictures!

Original bobber state as i first laid eyes on it in all its glory!

I like it.
You had me worried with the swingarm still on it there for a minute.
How much clearance do you have on the brake lever? Looks like right hand turns while braking could be a little tricky....

Loving this build man, don't see too many of them chopper bobber doodad types 'round here. Refreshing!

Yea you're right the brake lever is pretty low at the moment, i went with a 110/90-16 rear tire and when i built the frame it had a 120/90-16 on it so that lowered the bike a bit and the forks are dropped right now. Im thinking of going to a taller rear tire

Thank you!!! I loved my cafe cb360 but im a chopper/bobber person at heart just love ripping around on a obnoxious chopper....

Started the wiring last night, hopefully have it all done this Saturday...

Im going to be running the stock speedometer and tachometer although i got rid if the bulky stock pilot lights and added the cb360 hi beam/turn/neutral lights fits pretty well and matches the rest of the cluster

Also thinking about going to rigid seat, this seat pan is a little too close to the tank riding might be awkward

Hey everyone i know some of you might be lurking in this thread so i though id update it... sorry ive been posting updates on chopcult but figured id update this thread if anyone is interested
