Bad back and other bad news

I posted a link on facebook a few weeks ago.
About 45mins later, computer crashed real hard.
Had TV and phone 'go away' for hours at a time
Still can't get computer working propery been getting online with a 'live' LINUX distro (Ubuntu) running from CD/DVD player.
Tried various 'repairs', operating system 'missing' (or at least the LINUX kernel, grub, etc)
Link was about Preston Bush (Jr's grandad) and second world war, trading with the enemy, etc

so you think FB or those links caused the crash?

BTW on third week of debilitating back pain following a month back in the gym then a major spasm just picking up a fallen bolt. Looks like I'm gonna need a Dr or chiropractor

Had 'engineer' come out today, changed a couple of connectors and tightened up a couple of others, everything seems to be working (for now : )
