So I did finally "finish" the build. I ended up ditching the battery all together and went with a capacitor. Bike runs and idles great and starts first kick.I switched the front headlight out with a gl1000 headlight and put in a 12w led bulb so i can ride at night. ( not enough power with the capacitor to run a 35w bulb). Ive put around 1000 miles and havent had any problems. I apologize for a lack of a thread but became busy with school.
