I know nothing about paint so this might be a ridiculous question, but has anyone ever selectively stripped an area of paint along a clean line, leaving some of the original paint intact but exposing bare metal on the treated area?
If so, would love to hear about how it's done.
Also, proper protection for bare metal? (is there a kind of transparent finishing coat?)
Looking for this kind of effect but don't want to destroy all of the original paint.
