SR250 Engine swap?

Hello -

Has anyone put a XT250 engine into a SR250 frame etc.? If so, is it a "drop in replacement" so to speak?

Yes it is, if they are the same year or close enough.
The XT and TT 250 have ~10cc over the SR. You can just change out the cylinder and piston.

Not so sure about the new XT250. Although they do look similar.
