So I took apart the caliper, cleaned, rebuilt, and bled the brakes, I haven't been able to drive it much but it was working fine and had a little gap when I first put them on, still new pads and disc. I had to take the wheel off and now I put it back on but it seems like it's rubbing? I don't really hear anything tho when I'm moving and the engine is off, this is how it looks right now any suggestions or am I just buggin out?

There should be a gap setting for the stationary pad. That looks normal. As long as the wheel isn't binding up when you push the bike it should be ok. You can take the wheel back off and push the pad/piston into the caliper a little bit, then pump it up to get it back to where it should be.
