I have an extra set of UNI air filters! These are the standard size for the CB/ CL 350 360 line of bikes, it may fit other if the carb is 2 inches in diameter I think? It also has the bolts and spacers to use it with the stock side covers or something, retail on this is about $37...Brand new except I made a little hole and removed a UNI sticker, but there was 2, so there is still one left.

5 minutes with steel wool will remove the brown rust. The foil it's good for making it shine afterwards and filling in pits. My rims are pretty clean all in all!
sure, I restored a 50 year old schwinn that looked 10x worse than your rims and all I used was aluminum foil and simple green (didn't have water on hand)
it took me 40 min to derust the entire bike (stem, bars, seat post, cranks, and fenders)
They are 6 inch long, and made for the cb 350/ 360 carbs, it comes with the bolts etc. They are supposed to run similar to stock air boxes, meaning it doesn't need rejetting.
I'll have to measure the inlet, but it will be a few days before am back at my house.
