Anyone know how to get plastidip off and the smudges on the white part off?

Goo gone will make it really soft and you could scrape it off or use a pressure washer or i would think sand blasting it would work too

spray it down with simple green to soak, then pressure wash it. if simple green doesn't work use oven cleaner.

Yup. And though I'm sure I don't need to say this, I will. Use these products in a well ventilated area and wear gloves!!! Stuff is no joke.
