Kawasaki Z250A 1981 in progress... from Florence

I just bought a Kawasaki Z250A of year 1981.
The conditions of this are not very good, but slowly I hope to create a street tracker.
I am starting to disassemble chassis parts like tank, brakes, wheels... oh wheels I don't like this type, I hope to find spoked wheels type suitable for this little bike.
I expect you tips and pictures suggestion.

I have disassembled some parts of the bike.
But the conditions of the various pieces are not very good .

I will try to revise some parts, I hope to find rear master cylinder rebuild Kit (diameter 14mm).

Then I have found a rear spoked wheel 18" from an old Cagiva 125 W8...



Today I remove the engine from the frame.

Unfortunately I do not have much time.... but I have finished to disassembly my kawa...
Now i can start to cut chassis.
