Look for CB400F specific seat parts - there are aftermarket replacements for those ones.

Check a CT-70 vendor for seat buttons or studs. dratv.com should have some. Hope this is what you want.

Yes, you will need a tool to install.
This is the tool I use. You will have to have dies specific to the buttons you are using, and one for grommets, if you wanted to go that route.

If you're not looking for the CB400F-specific ones -- they're not really the same kind of snap -- you can buy them at places like Home Depot, Ace Hardware, and Lowe's. They usually sell them as a kit with the stamper tool an as refills. They're about $8 I think...
