well figure i would post a thread going over the rebuild on the bike...
*sorry if this is a few weeks in the making but i have allot on my plate right now and the bike is back burner free time kind of deal right now... but ill update as well go
wanted to do a few things for a while now that drive me nuts... first why the hell does the primary have a huge indent where the inspection covers go... when we dont have an inspection cover... gonna make a plate (we will also offer this upgrade and powder to our customers this winter as well) to eliminate that and make a smoooooth primary
piece cut
test fit
waiting on final weld beveled to allow us to smooooth it out after welded in
shattered headlight mount no more
shaved some levers to decide what ones to use
not much to show most of my time was in tear down of the bike... but again thank you so much to everyone that has helped me out in this shitty situation... both my bro and i are very well and in the process of re assembly of our scoots

here are some updated pics of what was done on the bike last night...
we where shooting some gloss black so a derby cover was tossed in the mix
my buddy Chris from west coast T bars (same guy from dyna/outlaw dyna on facebook) is local and he had a custom derby cover made for me i just found out so i am not sure this will be used... just came out to perfect not to post!

mount finished (look how sick Tims welds are!)
here are some of the dents that where in the lamp
all body worked out
repair on the heel toe shifter
then the flush plate was welded on

Looks like black chrome!! and the primary cover looks 100% better smoothed out!!! All ways curious if one could power coat over body filler(I assume thats filler on the headlight) now I know.
