Screens look great.

I don't know anything about rims or spokes. So Im gonna ask about the fit of the nipples in the rim.

The nipples look small for the holes. Is it ok w that much wiggle room? Maybe just appears exaggerated by the white rims.
Hi Eric,
I posted about using MX rims with 'street' spokes long time ago, it's in the build/blog somewhere. MX rims usually have 8mm nipples so I made some concave washers to spread the load .As 'street' rims became more easily available it wasn't necessary to make the washers although I still have the special 'chuck' I made in case anyone needed them in future (hell, I still have special tools I made from 30~40 yrs ago, modified one last week to pull harmonic balancer on stepdaughters Isuzu Rodeo)

I found the other float online. I believe these are early mode carbs. I also found a site that sells jets for modified bikes.

I took the pods off and she ran a little better without an air filter. I’ll have to play with everything some more tomorrow night.

Those carbs generally don't like pods very much, for all the usual CV carb reasons. On my race bike I ran it with the original velocity stacks from the oem air filters with some uni filters on them. I think I ended up going up 2 sizes on the main. Just a note: I only use honda oem jets in these carbs. The part number is 99202-601-1000 for the stock jet. Honda may not list it on the parts fiche, but the jet size is the last 4 digits of the part number, so if you wanted a 105 jet it would be 99202-601-1100. Lots of parts guys don't know that and if the part isn't listed for that bike, they just tell you it doesn't exist.

Valuable information! Thanks! I’ll be working on these this weekend. Work has me by the balls this week so I’m barely able to do more than look at the bike in passing right now.

Changed the drag bars out for Tommaselli clip-ons. Should fix the break cable binding that I had previously.

Wiring wasn't too bad. Just now turned everything on and it works! I need to adjust the angle of the grips/controls, then adjust the front brake cable. May do that tomorrow if I have time.

Proof she actually is running

Reconfigured the clip-ons the other day per Crazy PJs direction, after he adjusted my front brake and we added fork oil to the forks. Once he’s finished with the carbs I’ll swap them out and be rrady for some longer rides.
