thanks for the kind words

Awesome to see you building it in your apartment lol. Where there's a will there's a way.

The Tarozzi stuff is gorgeous. Glad to see it found it's way onto your bike. Great looking build so far man, keep it up.

yup 2nd story apartment.
im in college too.
i run the auto club at clarkson and we have a huge shop when i need it.

Hell even the girlfriend is ok with the bike in the living room. she says its ok as long as its not leaking.
right now everything is new or redone so no leaks.

my Hella headlight came in.
need to see how to fit it to the stock housing.

tried to mount the steering damper but i had a 1 1/2 clamp not a 1 1/4.....so i ordered the right one, it should be here by the end of the week

im starting to think about gearing and sprockets.
i want to run and alloy rear sprocket but not sure what pitch(is that the right turm? IE 520, 620, 630)
what do you guys think? and what size sprocket?
the motor will be a fully build hot street/race set up.
atleast a 836.
goal on any motor build would be near 90HP.
i search all the time for blower set ups but so far they have been either junk or crazy money.

;D
Does she have a sister ;) ? Wish my wife would let me work in the living room. Bike looks great, surffly! Wish I had money like that to even do half your parts list. Real nice bike, real nice work.

What did you do with the original gauges?

I heard that the 1982 cb900F front brakes bolt onto the 77-78 CB750F lowers.
I crossed the part numbers and found a set.
The CB twin piston calipers use 30mm pistons.
I used calipers off a V65 and mounted them to the CB brackets.
The V65 calipers are 32mm.
I had never seen someone use the different rear brake.
My set up uses a cb900F rear bracket with a V65 caliper.

I feel that these calipers look great and let me use much better pads.
I really didnt want to use modern forks or brakes.

did some more polishing today
would like to get the bar controls done soon.

need to order
-OEM parts for the brakes
-headlight trim ring
-HID set up for the headlight
-turns

Cool build man. You have got yourself some real nice stuff, and put it together nicely. Does the tank just need a wax, or does it still need sanded and buffed? It looks kind of hazy or something in a few of the pics. I dig the color scheme, though. Nicely done!

the tank is dirty as hell. it will need a polish and buff.
the frame is darker in person. its coming out funny in the pics. its maroon.
